Update March 15, 2010

Ahhhhh!! Much better today!! I worked so my mind was busy thinking about things other than food. I enjoyed a nice lunch of grilled shrimp with lime and steamed broccoli at Chilis...iced tea and wow was it good!

My weigh in this morning revealed 1/2 lb less than yesterday- so I am still losing!
Tonight's dinner will be light, boiled egg (maybe 2), sliced tomato, melba toast and some strawberries.
